What This Means for You

You asked, and we listened! Our new system lets you complete all the necessary pre-appointment paperwork at your convenience. A few days before your child’s appointment, you’ll receive an email or text from Phreesia, prompting you to check in online. This technology brings the following benefits:

  • Quick and Easy Registration: Register, scan your insurance card, and complete essential health questionnaires, all from your own device.

  • Pre-Populated Fields: Save time by having fields auto-filled with the information we already have on file.

  • Reduced Wait Times: Complete everything before you arrive, so you can focus on your child’s care instead of paperwork.

  • HIPAA Compliant: Phreesia requires patients to accept a HIPAA authorization in order to access their Protected Health Information (PHI) . This authorization does not mean that patients are waiving their HIPAA rights or protections. Phreesia maintains that all patient-related health information is safeguarded through appropriate administrative, technical, and physical protections, and that personally identifiable information is not disclosed.
